See, they’re award winners!

I have old paperweights from a bankrupt company. They’re “Thanks for working here for 5 years, here’s a useless chunk of marble and crystal” employee awards. My best producing hive (Tejas at the time of this photo) receives the coveted Glass-and-Ship employee award. They proudly display their awards on top of their hives, which conveniently weights down the lids to keep them from blowing off during really windy storms.

This was a hot and humid day so the ladies are hanging outside to keep the hive from overheating inside.
