Marshall’s Edam (Raw Milk Edam)
Edam is a mild Dutch cheese that’s great for snacking and sandwiches.
This one is creamy with a great depth of flavor from the raw milk. I’d recommend it for a cheese plate. Unlike traditional Edam, there are a few holes in the paste from the natural cultures being so active.
Would recommend.
