Meyer lemon juice straight from our trees, squeezed November 2020.

Meyer lemons are a sweeter, less acidic, and more floral variety than the lemons you’ll find in a grocery store. They’re great for candy making, cocktails, and desserts. I cut them in half, add a sprinkle of salt, and suck on the juice.

Refrigerate or freeze the juice after opening unless spoiling perfectly beautiful food is your thing, you heartless heathen.
